Birth-5th Grade

We are deeply committed to the spiritual development of children.  We offer a variety of ways for children to grow in their love for God, their service to others, and their friendships with other children, parents, and leaders in a fun and dynamic way that is God centered and Jesus focused.  Visitors are always welcome to join us!

During our 9:00am service, we offer Sunday School for preschool-12th grade, as well as childcare for infants and toddlers.  Our Nursery is available for use during our 10:30am service.  We also offer online Sunday School lesson resources below, in our Kingswood Parents Facebook Group, and on our app.

Sunday School and Parent Resources

In March, our Kindergarten through 5th grade students will stay together for Sunday School fellowship, worship with Miss Felicia, and lessons, as they travel on a journey in their imaginations to the places that Jesus walked.   Kids will follow their tour guides to explore through travel site stations, and learn more about Jesus and how He continues to call each of us to live as His disciple today.  We'll learn that Jesus is the Bread of Life, the Good Shepherd, the True Vine, and the the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

2nd Sunday of Each Month
The 2nd Sunday of each month, children will begin in the Sanctuary with their family and will be dismissed to Sunday School after the Children's Sermon.

On occasion, we will not have Sunday School, in order to give families a chance to worship together.  It's SO IMPORTANT for kids to learn how to be in the service.

Check out this article about why.

Clank! Beep! Clunk! Kids love robots, especially ones that can transform into something new or have really cool abilities. In this VBS from Jesus’ ministry on earth, kids will see how God’s truths never change, but Jesus changes everything — including us! We’ll all learn that we change when we know who God is, our past doesn’t change God’s love for us, and that Jesus changes how we see things because Jesus can change anything!
Registration coming soon for preschool through rising 5th graders.
